You can email me anytime for information about events, subscriptions, products and services; I try to respond to queries within 48hrs, although during busy periods, it may take a little longer, so your patience is greatly appreciated.
NOTE: When contacting me please be aware that I receive a lot of emails and messages. It would help me greatly and speed up a response if you:
- Keep messages brief and to the point – longer emails with lots of info are placed into my “when I have time to read it” pile. If I can read your email in less than a minute, I am more likely to be able to read it sooner and reply quicker! Please understand I am only human and only have a certain number of hours in the day, as we all do.
- While I always aim to respond promptly, please bear in mind that response time is dependent on my current circumstances and the length/complexity of your message (see first point).

- Understand that I cannot give free advice
NOTE: Lengthy emails containing lots of information require a considerable amount of time, not only to read the information thoroughly, but also to research and formulate a reply that is compliant with public law. Instead, I recommend asking your questions in the social media groups where your personal and general questions can be answered under the BLNA and for the benefit and understanding of the whole group; many current members find the supportive and sympathetic atmosphere within the group both helpful and comforting. Alternatively, you can book a private consultation, during which I can give you my undivided attention.
