I have been on a 7 year journey with breast cancer and am writing this blog to empower others that have like myself have felt confused and unsure of how to manage this problem. I am writing it from the teacher in me as somehow I believed that my reason for this journey is to support others.
I did this for some years as a naturopathic nutritionist. However I put my learning to the test and found there was more to discover, more pieces to the puzzle.
