Please read and understand the Wisdom of German New Medicine or this article may not make sense to you!
According to German New Medicine, we cannot actually prevent disease as we cannot prevent trauma or shocking situations in our lives. We can however take steps to lessen symptoms and thereby avoid serious and chronic conditions.
The severity of the symptoms of a biological special programme are dependent on:
- The intensity of the DHS
- Length of the Conflict Active phase
- Whether we are working in harmony with the programme, or hindering it
So we can work towards preventing serious disease and intense biological special programmes by:
- Being emotionally flexible – going with the flow – as this can even reduce likelihood of experiencing a DHS
- Understand Universal Law – everything happens for a reason, see challenges as opportunities for your own learning and growth
- Learning an energetic testing method such as muscle testing so we can always work in harmony with it
- Understand when you may have experienced a DHS and resolve it as quickly and stress-free as possible
Recognising a DHS and What to Do About it
You may experience:
- complete shock
- isolating
- like being in a dream world
- time stands still
- being caught off guard
- completely taken by surprise
There are hardly any symptoms in the Conflict Active phase, but you may experience:
- Stress
- Cold Hands
- Sleeplessness
- worry
- weak appetite
- shivery
Resolving a Conflict
Physical resolution – obviously this is the most effective resolution, actually facing the conflict and working it out
Mental resolution
If it cannot be physically resolved you can:
- change your perception of the conflict
- ‘Neutralising’ a negative association with a trigger or conflict and even creating a positive association
- Making a decision and being proactive in working towards a solution
For long standing conflicts that have stayed active, to avoid a severe/intense crisis, just downgrade the conflict with a mental resolution or change of perspective.
More ways we can help ourselves:
The “Risk Factors” of disease from the ‘old’ perspective may still be relevant, but here are the reasons why from the new perspective:
Poor diet – lack of required nutrition and nutritional deficiencies will inhibit our ability to heal and recover
Toxins – can cause physical stress which is contrary to the non-stress required for healing, and may block exit pathways for removal of waste, eg lymphatics, colon build up
EMF & Radiation – can cause physical stress and cell damage, making the organs weaker to cope with healing
Family History – the fear/expectation of inheriting a disease may increase your susceptibility of experiencing a conflict shock
Heavy Metals – can cause physical stress on the body, cell damage, and block exit pathways
Smoking – introduces toxins which are poisonous to our body and cause cell damage, plus additional physical stress
Alcohol – as with smoking, plus alcohol lowers our mood and emotions, as it can invoke a negative/depressive mindset
Medication – side effects can cause physical stress, many medications can be stimulating and therefore contra-indicative to the healing phase requiring non-stress
Stress – will disrupt non-stress required for healing
Hormones – imbalance can cause emotional/physical stress
When we are physically and emotionally balanced we are better able to cope with traumas and conflicts that may come our way. So in order to further help ourselves we can:
- Maintain a healthy body and mind (follow the recommendations in Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle)
- Love and appreciate the wonder of your amazing body, and realise that it is built for survival, and not out to harm you!
- Trust in nature and the natural process, and understand that everything exists in harmony with each other, and not for each others demise
- Avoid toxic and negative people and situations
- Give less energy to the things that don’t matter – eg. let go of being offended
- Keep a positive mindset – Live, Love and Laugh everyday!
Reducing your Likelihood of Experiencing a Conflict Shock
Here are some examples of how our own perception and beliefs may influence our susceptibility to conflicts:
- Early Prevention Diagnosis – may invoke many conflicts such as Death Fright Conflict (affecting the lungs), Self Devaluation Conflict (bones/lymphs/muscles), etc
- Not trusting your body (“something is wrong”)– Self Devaluation Conflict (bones/lymphs/muscles)
- Belief certain foods are bad (taking food avoidance to extremes, with a fear-based approach) – Indigestible Morsel (GI tract)
- Fear of Toxins – Soiled / Dirty Conflict (corium skin)
- “I have no control over my health” “It’s in my genes” – Powerless or Frontal Fear Conflicts (Pharyngeal Ducts / Thyroid)
- I have to take all these supplements – Swallow Conflict (Throat)
- Following a Restrictive Diet – Starvation Conflict (Liver)
- Someone sneezes near you – Stink Conflict “I don’t want to breathe in those germs” (Nose)
So it is important that our health decisions are based upon wisdom and understanding and not through fear.
