Since I began studying German New Medicine, I realise the actual cause of my breast cancer, how it played out for me and why the way I treated it worked in some ways, and delayed the healing process in others. Below is my original article with updates to the inaccuracies, and further explanations in viewing my journey from the GNM perspective highlighted below in green italic text!

2016 – I have spent my summer coming to terms with a the probability of early breast cancer. It was a huge shock to me, as I lead a pretty healthy and fairly-toxin-free lifestyle. But this proved to me that this had been coming on for some time regardless and there were things I may have been missing. It was so ironic that I discovered this no more than a month after hosting an event I called “Cancer is not a Death Sentence”, with a showing of the Highlights from The Truth About Cancer docu-series. Yet I now feel that I was purposefully led to this series, and to study it and put on the event, in order to deal with my ‘diagnosis’ in a positive and constructive way.

With the knowledge of GNM, finding a lump as I did no longer needs to be feared. I highly recommend that you learn German New Medicine before you might experience a scare such as this!

I won’t lie, I have had moments of being very scared and feeling very alone, including having panic attacks especially at the beginning, as naturally can be expected with our years of considering cancer to be a death sentence. Despite everything I know and have learned, it is still a big thing when it happens to you! I also had lots of fear to the extent of a few panic attacks of how I was going to tell my children, my parents and family, and how I was going to convince them that not going to the GP, or for conventional treatment was right for me without them being scared!

This is why it is important to share the knowledge with your family and friends so anyone in your ‘pack’ who experiences a shock such as this can have the necessary support. A practitioner with a thorough knowledge of GNM will help you to understand the process so that you are no longer scared.

It all began when I found a rather large lump in my breast while spending a few days away on a break. Looking back, I realise I’d had an inkling, as when I studied the ‘Cancer’ docu-series, every time someone would mention Breast Cancer I would have butterflies in my tummy and something was telling me to listen.

Had I known GNM at the time, I would immediately have thought “Oh, I have experienced some sort of Nest-worry or Separation conflict related to my mother/child or being a Mum (as I am right-handed – see Biological Handedness). I wonder what that could be?” instead of “OMG look at that huge lump I have CANCER!” – I would have realised my conflict early, understood the process my body was now going to go through and allowed the healing to take place, supporting it in any way I could.

I had decided to start some preventative measures such as taking Essiac Tea, turmeric and making sure my magnesium and iodine levels were good. So, upon discovering the lump, I did not need a diagnosis, I just knew. But in order to confirm, I knew I needed to check it out. I decided on thermography and managed to get an appointment within 2 weeks, which confirmed that I most likely had early stages of breast cancer with tumours (possibly encapsulated as they weren’t showing activity in themselves, but in surrounding tissues there was activity) in both breasts, and evidence of angiogenesis and blocked lymphs (actually this was a relief as I feared worse – that it was invasive and had entered the lymphs as I had armpit lumps).

From a GNM perspective, the ‘theory’ of metastasis is based upon assumption. What appears to be ‘spreading’ are actually new tumours caused by new conflict shocks, often from the shock of diagnosis. Had I understood this I would not have been scared, or at least not half as scared!

Now, had I gone for a mammogram, I would have:

1. risked the encapsulated tumour bursting under the pressure of the apparatus causing metastasis (spreading),
2. risked carcinogenic radiation which can make the tumours active and aggressive,
and
3. would only have been told I had lumps and not seen the angiogenesis (extra blood supply) confirming that it was most likely early stages cancer, or the blocked lymphs that could well be the primary cause.

From a GNM perspective, encapsulated tumours are the result of a lack of fungi and bacteria to break down and dispose a tumor during the healing phase because, for example, of an overuse of antibiotics. This can be due to overuse of antibiotics. One of the reasons of the apparent increase in cancer rates is due to old encapsulated tumours being discovered and treated as if they were current cancer – with the potential of causing more conflicts, and therefore new cancers, in addition to unnecessary treatment!

So I found myself on a natural path to healing myself!

My healing path changes week by week as I use kinesiology muscle testing to see what I need that week. More info on muscle testing including a tutorial can be found in the Holistic Show links.
My protocol basically consists of a Ketogenic Diet, Essiac Tea, Apricot Kernels (vitamin B17), Krill Oil, Magnesium Chloride Baths, Spreading my breasts with Nascent Iodine every day, Curcumin Extract, using Organic Turmeric in cooking, increasing vegetable intake, increasing fluid intake especially green and matcha tea, regular lymph drainage self massage, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Kinesiology, Meditation, weekly Reflexology, and I hope to get back into Yoga sometime too. There are lots of options I am not taking, and can try if I get to a point where this path is not working for me. But the biggest thing is to remain hopeful and positive. I have more energy and am feeling healthier than I have done in a long time. In fact I have now just completed a Nutrition course specialising in Cancer Prevention and Longevity which is based upon the new sciences of epigenetics and nutrigenomics. It was very interesting.

From a GNM perspective, we need to be careful with taking supplements, medications and remedies as many are contra-indicative to the healing phase. By using kinesiology muscle testing to select supportive supplements, remedies and actions, which included working through my emotions, I ensured that my choices were in harmony with the process that my body was going through at the time. It is important to note that according to GNM, healing can only be completed when healing is completed on the emotional level.

4 mutations = cancerous cells!
One of the most interesting experiences recently is that I had embarked upon a herbal detox after discovering from a Hair Mineral Analysis that I was toxic in Copper and Lead. So we had the council test the tap water (fed from a spring) at my old house and found it did, in fact, have toxic levels of copper and lead. After having completed the detox, I returned to my kinesiologist as I had by that time received the cancer ‘diagnosis’. He decided to put me onto his Asyra bio-energy testing machine which picked up a toxicity – but this time in Aluminium. This didn’t appear on the hair test, which means it was not what I call an ‘active’ acute toxicity (which is something that has been taken in recently and is flowing through the body like the copper and lead was). Furthermore, the remedy the bio-energetic results showed for this was not herbs (as these are effective on acute toxicity/conditions), but homeopathic, which work on deep down, hidden or dormant past issues. Having not worn aluminium containing deodorants or used aluminium cookware, etc. for at least 10 years, this toxicity that was now being released must have been from the copious amounts of deodorant I used from my teenage years up to early 30s! Looking back at my thermography imaging, the blocked lymphs were concentrated around the armpits and into the breasts. So it goes to show just how long this underlying condition has been going on, and that things we do can have a huge impact on us in the longer term!

Another discovery is due to becoming extremely sensitive to radiation/EMFs since my ‘diagnosis’. One morning I was reading emails on my phone and my breasts became red hot. As I looked, the base of my phone was resting across the 2 areas where the tumours are! I am studying epigenetics on my new course, and it stated that the DNA or protein in cells require 4 mutations in order for the cell to become cancerous. So I have 2 – radiation and aluminium toxicity – and if the copper and lead had anything to do with it, that’s 4, plus the lymph blockage, that’s 5 issues that could each have caused a mutation!

From a GNM perspective, while toxic substances and radiation cannot in themselves cause cancer (according to GNM, cancer is a meaningful biological programme triggered by a conflict shock), heavy metal toxins can poison us and bring the body out of balance and therefore impede the biological programme. Physical blockages of lymphs prevent both toxic substances and the waste created from the breakdown of the tumour from leaving the breasts, which potentially slows down the healing process. Radiation physically damages our cells.

In November, I had my second thermography appointment (3 months apart). I really could not believe my eyes! The tumours were hardly visible and the activity in the lymphs has died right down! Although these images of my scans are personal, I share them to show just how quickly our health can be turned around, and how important it is NOT to be scared of cancer.
The upper left tumour (right as you look at it) has shown the most marked difference. This is the area of the lump that I originally detected, and therefore the area I focused mostly on with the iodine and lymph drainage.
The tumours on the image are blue (meaning not active/invasive), so they are encapsulated. By themselves, it could also mean they are cysts or not cancerous. However, as I explained previously they were deemed most likely to be cancer due to the activity surrounding them.
Even without actual labeling of cancer, any breast with lumps are not healthy (cancerous or not), any breasts with abnormal activity like mine, are not healthy. As I have previously mentioned, without thermography I may possibly have gone for a mammogram or biopsy, both of which could easily have caused the cancer to spread. So I really do believe thermography, and of course my lifestyle changes, have saved my life!

From a GNM perspective, the ‘spreading’ of cancer is a medical theory based upon assumption. However, a new cancer can be caused by a biopsy from a new conflict such as an attack conflict.
The danger of a mammogram, in my opinion, is the discovery of an encapsulated tumour. It is already documented in the mainstream that there is a large number of cases of over-diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cancers using mammograms and other routine screening methods.

This is really a fascinating journey for me. Yes I have been afraid, although becoming less afraid each day especially seeing the results in such a short space of time! However, I am also seeing this as a gift, so I can truly understand cancer from all angles. And with my growing experience and knowledge, maybe this may help others!
