This is a past experience that I’ve updated below with a GNM explanation and ongoing experience. It is a good case of how both a conflict shock and a toxicity can be an issue.

Essential info: Female, age early 50s, Right-handed, menopausal

Symptom: armpit boils and shingles

Conflict: feeling soiled conflict affecting the corium skin and sweat glands

Past Experience

Hidradenitis suppurativa is an uncomfortable and often unsightly condition of generally the armpits and groins. Pores become blocked and inflamed causing boils. It is officially regarded as having an unknown cause with no medication available, and therefore the only option given is to live with it or have the boils surgically removed. This will usually remove sweat glands and lymph nodes.

I was diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa in approximately 2006. However my experience of it is much different to what I was told by my GP.

At the time the boils began, I had stopped wearing regular deodorant 2-3 years previously and moved over to a more natural ‘Toms of Maine’ deodorant and then a potassium alum deodorant stone. I had been on a camping trip and forgotten my deodorant stone, so I panicked as I used to get quite smelly without deodorant, and I was paranoid about smelling.

After a couple of days,  I finally found a natural health shop and bought a Toms roll-on. Within a day my left armpit flared up with boils, which led me to go to the doctors. He had no treatment or cause, so said I either had to live with it or have surgery. Great – thanks doc!

Over the years, I noticed now and then the boils would flare up and itch so I began squeezing them and sometimes stale-smelling dried white powder would come out. Then they would get inflamed so as much as I wanted to clear this white stuff out, I didn’t do it often as I was worried it would just cause trauma to the area.

Aluminium Toxicity

If you have read the article in my own journey, you will know that I had breast cancer in 2016. The thermography images I had done showed chronic lymph blockage and activity under both armpits and down into the breast on both sides but markedly worse on the left.

Part of my protocol for assisting the healing if ny breast was lymph work. This involved taking Essiac tea every night, and some lymph drainage massage and rebounding. The boils began to get worse, flaring up every week or two. When I squeezed them, more of this white stuff came out each time. The white stuff smelt like stale anti-perspirant deodorant, though I hadn’t worn any commercial deodorants for years (admittedly I did wear a lot when I did wear it).

After about 2 months I went for my usual I kinesiology checkup and discovered I had aluminium toxicity. I had previously had hair mineral tests without any sign of aluminium, so this was a new toxicity that was in circulation (the hair mineral test would not have picked up a toxicity that was lodged in the body, only if it is in circulation and can be deposited on the hair shafts). I was given a homeopathic remedy based on aluminium to assist the essiac in clearing the lymphs. A month later, a follow-up thermography scan confirmed the lymph activity (and activity linked to cancer) had all greatly reduced.

Aluminium is the basis of commercial Anti-perspirants and deodorants and this is what I believe was happening. Years of heavy anti-perspirant use had blocked my lymphs right down to the sides of my breasts and now I had began clearing work it was being released!

The boils cleared up apart from a little scaring! The following thermography images around the armpits showed normal activity. The best thing is I no longer have a body odour issue!

My Tips

My advice based upon my own experience:

  • Stop using commercial deodorant,  move to a natural one. We use it to cover up the very smell that the lymph blockages are causing, which is caused by the anti-perspirant in the first place! You will initially smell more when you use natural deodorant as your body detoxes, but it won’t last.
  • Take some Essiac Tea to assist the lymphs clearing.
  • Make sure you exercise/move regularly rebounding on a mini trampoline is perfect.
  • Do some lymph drainage massage (techniques can be found in my book and HERE on this website)
  • Use a hot flannel soaked in Epsom salts to help draw out the impurities. (I did this a few times and it was very soothing)
  • Use an exfoliating sponge for washing your armpits.
  • Don’t sweat – you’ll be fine 🙂  (actually DO sweat as it’s healthy to – but that wouldn’t have been a good pun!)

UPDATE and GNM Experience

All was going well until I had an intense episode of shingles in both armpits in 2021. This lasted several months, and as it felt like it was improving it would worsen again.

Now in 2024, apart from a break of about 5 months, the shingles rash has been present more than it hasn’t.

After discovering the Biological Laws, I had realised that I’d previously experienced a ‘feeling soiled’ conflict, which affects the corium skin and sweat glands. This resolved with the application of deodorant and activated again when I felt soiled from the aluminium toxicity.

This time I had obviously picked up multiple tracks that would set the program off and kept me in a hanging healing.

I keep a symptom journal, which is very handy in this situation! Looking back, the first time it happened in the recent flare-ups, was after having my grandson overnight and being unable to get him to sleep. He was the same age as my daughter would have been on the camping trip so I realised this situation of a toddler not sleeping was a track. Each time if flared up, new tracks would be established. I’m still working through this at time of writing, and the flare-ups and severity is greatly reducing. Here are the tracks I’ve discovered so far:

  • Deodorant (I stopped use natural roll-on and stop as soon as infel a flare-up, using only pure organic aloe vera gel and this appears to be a lot better)
  • If I can’t get a grandchild to sleep, I tell myself it is OK and I have deodorant on and don’t smell
  • Situations where I felt taken for granted were a trigger. This may be an additional track.
  • Situations where I felt like a bad mum (maybe this was initially as I couldn’t get my daughter to sleep).  Such as my grown up son coming in from work and I hadn’t made him dinner (I kept telling myself I was a good mum and he was adult and could cook his own food. I also asked him if he minded cooking and he said he was fine with it).
  • Getting hot and sweaty (a hard one to neutralise as I am currently menopausal, but I just wash regularly and try to see the sweating as a good thing)

Currently, it has cleared up. I sometimes feel a tingle and just use aloe until it feels OK again. I no longer stress about this despite it being painful and sometimes debilitating and smelly, as I know I will get to the bottom of it and resolve it completely, as I did with the chronic, debilitating athletes foot and peripheral neuropathy inexperienced for many years, which I thought would never go away. A part of the problem is this belief that something won’t go away, causing self-devaluation on top of the original issue. So overcoming the athletes foot (and hopefully now this) has proven to me that these long standing conflicts with multiple tracks can be overcome.

I will update this further if there are any more discoveries.
