Please feel free to download/upload these memes to your social media. Our perspective of life and of situations directly determines whether they will cause us to have a conflict shock and what type of biological program will run. In other words, we can change how we react to things that happen by changing the way we think about them. In other words, we can mentally resolve or downgrade conflicts we’ve experienced. In other words, we can even prevent traumas from causing us to have a conflict! According to GNM, this is true ‘disease prevention’! This message is extremely important at this time, particularly as territorial fear is involved in ‘covid’ symptoms. We are self-sufficient, self-regulating biological systems but we have been brainwashed to believe that we need to interfere and that we know better than ourselves! This is true whether you have a mainstream or alternative approach to disease and healing. But this is like trying to play God. It must be so frustrating for our inner wisdom when we interfere – like when the computer thinks it knows best and overrides what we’re trying to do. Of course our bodies need the right tools (nutrition) to do its job and sometimes it needs support. But we need to get back to allowing the bodily processes and biological programmes to complete in their own natural way. It’s not the easiest of paths but it ensures true healing on all levels. German New Medicine teaches us how wonderful and powerful our bodies really are. That for the most part, we do not need to rely upon corporations who profit from our lack of health with their invasive intervention. The promotion of any information that contradicts this fact is a subversive act of terrorism, a true insult to nature itself and a crime against humanity. When considering how we support healing through the principles of GNM, we see that resisting and not allowing the symptoms can prevent healing and even add more conflicts of self devaluation, and even conflicts such as attack through fear. So we need to embrace the symptoms without resistance and see what the conflict teaches us. When we look at life from a similar perspective, we can see that we need to embrace the times that don’t feel so good, and allow them to teach us and help us to grow. By viewing our storms in this constructive way, we can even favourably affect our susceptibility to have a DHS when things don’t go right for us by building on our wisdom and strength for the future. We are all individuals with individual needs with our own unique experiences of biological programmes running at any one time. Whether from the mainstream or alternative perspective, any information or advice from so-called experts, studies, research, etc should not be taken on board wholeheartedly unless it’s been uniquely proven to be relevant in your own case. You do not fit in any pre-determined box, and so you shouldn’t! So take this information as a matter of interest and then assess whether it applies and is right for you. Firstly, does the information obey the 5 Biological Laws? Secondly, does it feel right, does it resonate with you? It can be very confusing and this is the very reason I use muscle testing to assess what it is the body needs at that time, whether this is for clients or myself. Instructions can be found in the Third edition of my book and also in the self-help pages of this website. This can be so true of the ‘Epi Crisis’ which is the stress peak that comes after the initial phase of healing. We’ve just been through a load of unpleasant symptoms and we are thrown into stress and often anxiety, with a reminder of the original conflict. It can feel like there’s no point, that we haven’t progressed, and we can begin questioning the whole process. But if you experience this, remember that this is purposeful as we need the stress to push out the oedema, inflammation and waste on our healing path. This is especially a good time to have the support of your ‘pack’ – those in your life who understand what you are going through. This is something that is really important to remember not only in life and pursuit of your dreams, but also in health. When you have a long-standing condition or one that seems to take forever to heal, it is a great idea to look back momentarily at how you were this time yesterday, last week, last month, even last year. It is one of the main reasons I keep a journal. Not only to identify patterns or tracks in my healing, but also to look back and see how far I’ve come in those moments when I’ve felt like ‘nothing’s working’ or ‘I’m never going to feel normal again’. In my journey healing from fibromyalgia, I often felt like this until I found a short video of me trying to get out of bed in the morning when it was at its height a few years previously. When I saw how bad I was, and how far I’d come it really changed my outlook! Particularly with long-standing conditions, you need to understand that it can take time and, while healing can be quick in some circumstances, it can also be a slow process, depending on what your body needs to do. As we slowly heal we tend to still focus on what’s wrong and not what has got better. I see it all the time in clients and admit I used to be guilty of this myself. With clients who may be in this trap, I often look back and go through the list of symptoms they originally came to me with to help them realise how far they’ve come, and they always leave with a return of encouragement and hope. The advice I can give is to keep a journal, video and written. Not only does it help to clear your mind and bring clarity, identify patterns and useful things about yourself, it also serves as something to look back when you feel like you are not going anywhere. It is really important not to deny ourselves our emotions and feelings…….but do not allow them to become you! Allow them, Feel them, Learn from them, Honour them…….and when you have done this, let them go! This Hawaiian Blessing is a powerful mantra. I say it often in my mind and I use it in meditation. You can say it to yourself, anyone else, a situation, your past, present or future. Anything. This is what it means to me: I’m sorry – this is an acceptance of complete responsibility for your actions, thoughts and life. It acknowledges your true divine power as a creator of your life. Please forgive me – acknowledges that you are willing to let go and move forward. It is the compassionate acceptance of what you once saw as your mistakes, regrets and wrongdoing. Lessons learnt and moving forward with wisdom. Thank you – is the appreciation of all you have endured and accomplished. It acknowledges your understanding that you have always done the best you could with the knowledge and resources you had at the time. I love you – is the acceptance of pure divine unconditional love from our own heart and our connection to universal consciousness. This is the greatest gift we can allow ourselves to accept. Just as we trust the trees will grow again, the flowers will bloom, the fruit will ripen…we can trust in ourselves and our body’s exceptional ability to heal itself. It is a process requiring support, understanding and patience – and very little, if any, interference. Everything in nature has a special meaningful purpose 💛🧡❤ The mighty oak stood proud, and loved boasting about his strength to the blade of grass below him. “Look how weak you are, you are so pathetic, don’t you wish you were mighty and strong like me? I stand tall, steady and strong. Look at my amazing trunk and my solid limbs.” Every day the blade of grass felt more and more useless and doubtful of herself, and dreamt of one day being stronger than the oak. One evening there was a big storm. Wind and rain lashed down and thunder crashed. In the morning, the blade of grasse awoke to find the mighty oak had blown down! The blade of grass realised the oak’s rigid strength was actually his weakness. While she may not be physically strong, her strength came from her ability to adapt to the challenges she faced, allowing herself to go with the flow without resistance, allowing them to pass and not holding on to them. It is not what happens to us, but how we react to it and perceive the situation that is important. That is where our power and true strength lies.
