This is such a warming and comforting drink, ideal for when you just come in from the day and to fill the gap before dinner! The herbs and spices, manuka honey/maple syrup and raw milk (can be sub for oat/nut milk) provide much nourishment and therapeutic values.

To make 2 cups we use:

2 tablespoons Vahdam Original Chai

2 mugs organic raw milk

Manuka honey or organic maple syrup to taste

METHOD:

Place the tea and milk in a saucepan and heat until boiling.

Add a spoonful of manuka homey or maple syrup to the mugs.

Pour in the tea using a tea strainer.

Enjoy!
